About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at MCI is responsible for leading recruitment efforts across multiple locations, implementing strategies to attract and onboard top talent efficiently. This role involves overseeing a team of talent acquisition specialists, ensuring service excellence, and continuously improving recruitment processes. The manager will also develop metrics to monitor the success of the recruitment division and maintain close communication with business partners and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts across various locations.
  • Implement strategies and processes for attracting and onboarding candidates.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition team to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
  • Continuously evaluate and update recruitment workflows and methods.
  • Develop and track metrics to monitor recruitment success.
  • Maintain communication with business partners and hiring managers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyze the use of external recruiters and develop strategies for their engagement.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Monitor compliance issues related to recruitment and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter and recruiting manager.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a full cycle recruitment team in a medium to large organization.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing recruitment and onboarding plans.
  • Expert knowledge of contemporary recruitment strategies and experience in high growth environments.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to engage and manage change.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations in recruitment.
