About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various go-to-market functions, including sales, business development, publisher growth and account management. You will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand the strategic needs of the organization and help build a diverse and high-impact team to drive growth and customer acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of go-to-market functions, a strong network, and a proactive approach to talent sourcing. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM teams across the organization delivering an optimal candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent through direct outreach, networking events and inbound leads.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions, ensuring alignment with company culture and team needs.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
  • Support in adhoc tasks such as scheduling, agency management and system optimization.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years experience in talent acquisition with experience hiring for GTM functions in a sales-driven organization.
  • Background in staffing/agency and internal recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Interest and willingness to support hiring beyond the GTM org if and when needed. (Technical recruiting experience a plus)
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse is preferred.
  • Strong data-driven expertise and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
  • A can do attitude, willing to go above and beyond assigned roles and responsibilities.
