About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and develop the recruiting strategy at Land O' Frost's Corporate Headquarters in Munster, IN. This newly created role focuses on enhancing recruitment processes and technology to attract and retain top talent, working closely with the HR team and hiring managers to align with the company's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify, attract, and retain the best talent.
  • Optimize the internal recruitment process in line with the strategic direction of the company.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including profile analysis, applicant management, and advising hiring managers.
  • Identify new recruiting channels and trends.
  • Source, screen, and help in the selection of a robust diverse candidate slate for hiring managers.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of requirement profiles and suitable pre-selection, design attractive job advertisements, and select suitable job boards.
  • Participate in trade fairs and recruiting events.
  • Maintain close cooperation with external partners such as job portals, agencies, and headhunters.
  • Develop talent pipelines.
  • Manage relationships with preferred college campuses and lead campus hiring for interns, management trainees, and full-time roles.
  • Lead the design, selection, and implementation of recruiting software to improve the candidate experience and hiring process with automation.
  • Lead the employer brand in the marketplace to be recognized as an employer of choice.
  • Train hiring managers on candidate selection and hiring processes, including interviewing skills and inclusive behaviors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business studies or comparable training and experience, ideally with a focus on human resources.
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in recruiting.
  • Strong application knowledge in interviewing and selection tools.
  • Understanding of market-related challenges in attracting new talent in automation and digitalization environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • SHRM Certified Professional certification.
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting and interviewing.
