About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Loyal Source is responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition process for medical professionals, providing leadership and support to the recruitment team. This role involves developing strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring high-level customer service throughout the process. The manager will lead a team of recruiters, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles, including high-level positions such as Directors and Vice Presidents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the talent acquisition process and manage the design, development, and measurement of best practices in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent.
  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition function, managing a team of professional recruiters to deliver diverse candidate pipelines for various roles.
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team with key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize performance and track metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate experience scores.
  • Oversee the full recruitment life cycle for corporate functions, including job posting, candidate screening, and offer negotiation.
  • Engage and recruit talent for high-level positions, including Director and Vice President roles.
  • Implement and optimize current recruiting procedures and methods.
  • Communicate pertinent deadlines or 'at risk' areas with management promptly.
  • Identify and implement innovative sourcing methods, collaborating with the Marketing Team for social media strategies.
  • Enhance the overall employer brand by understanding the company and business needs.
  • Oversee training, research, and development initiatives for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely recruitment records and paperwork.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the offer letter generation process.
  • Develop reports within Salesforce and other ATS/HRIS systems to track recruitment progress.
  • Foster effective working relationships with team members and management.
  • Act as an independent problem solver to resolve challenges and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 1+ years in recruitment management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruiting or related roles.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required; Salesforce and Workday experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting Director level roles and above required; experience with Government Contractors preferred.
