About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at GeoStabilization International is responsible for leading the recruiting function across multiple companies within the organization. This role involves managing a team of recruiters and specialists, focusing on various client groups, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The position emphasizes process improvement and data-driven decision-making to enhance recruitment outcomes and align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function for GeoStabilization International and its affiliated companies.
  • Develop and implement an annual workforce plan based on critical talent needs.
  • Establish a strong employment brand using various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Build relationships with applicant resources such as veterans agencies and college placement centers.
  • Create a high-touch candidate experience that scales with organizational growth.
  • Standardize the full cycle recruiting process from intake to offer.
  • Use data to assess performance in Talent Acquisition and inform new strategies.
  • Track and review KPIs to drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and specialists to meet hiring needs.
  • Foster strong partnerships with client groups to deliver quality talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in executive full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven leadership in talent acquisition, influencing positive outcomes in a growth-oriented organization.
  • Strong desire to innovate tools and processes in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with technology in recruiting, including applicant tracking systems and AI tools.
  • Experience with employment branding and marketing tools to enhance visibility.
  • Data-driven approach with proven experience in improving recruiting KPIs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Familiarity with geohazard mitigation or related fields.
