About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at National Corporate Housing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our recruitment strategy to attract top talent across various functions within the organization. This individual will lead a team of recruiters and collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify talent needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization. They will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve recruitment goals. The manager will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand current and future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment plans. Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques, including networking, direct sourcing, social media, job boards, and referrals, the manager will attract top talent and build relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations, to enhance the talent pipeline. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also evaluate and streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall candidate experience. Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment technologies will be essential to continuously optimize the approach to talent acquisition. Regular reporting and analysis of recruitment metrics will be provided to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making. Additionally, the manager will contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future talent needs and proactively develop recruitment plans to address them.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly related to recruitment and selection processes.
