About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at HUB International will lead a newly formed centralized recruiting team across the northeast US, focusing on high-impact and leadership roles. This position is pivotal in aligning recruiting strategies with organizational goals, enhancing the hiring process, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The role involves collaboration with various departments to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored strategies, while also mentoring and developing the recruiting team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing centralized recruiting team.
  • Collaborate with leaders across departments to understand hiring objectives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-impact and leadership roles.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Enhance hiring dashboards and reporting tools in partnership with the Talent Acquisition COE.
  • Deliver key performance metrics and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Refine and scale processes to support organizational growth and maintain candidate experience.
  • Stay informed of industry and geographic talent trends to shape hiring strategies.
  • Serve as the Talent Acquisition Subject Matter Expert to regional Presidents.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including managing a high requisition load.
  • Strong preference for insurance brokerage experience.
  • Ability to manage hybrid teams and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience developing a team and individual skills.
  • Metrics-driven with comfort in working with dashboards.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and talent pipeline management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office products.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience developing and analyzing recruitment metrics.
