About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL (with Remote flexibility), you will develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across Region 4, aligning with John Deere’s business goals. You will lead and mentor a high-performing, agile talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders, you will understand talent needs, provide market insights, and develop customized recruitment solutions. You will champion a seamless and positive candidate experience by implementing best practices in recruitment processes, communication, and feedback mechanisms. Utilizing analytics and metrics, you will measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make informed decisions to optimize recruitment efforts. Staying abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities will be essential to proactively adjust talent acquisition strategies. Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment processes and promoting best practices in talent acquisition will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with data analysis and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.

Nice-to-haves
