About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at IMCS Group is a key role within the Talent Acquisition Technology team, responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement innovative recruitment tools. This position focuses on enhancing the recruitment process and improving efficiency across the organization, ensuring that the company attracts top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with People Infrastructure and Business Technology teams to manage requirements, sprints, and system updates.
  • Build and improve Talent Acquisition processes throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Serve as a point of contact for service-related inquiries, triaging and escalating issues to engineering when necessary.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand and define requirements.
  • Liaise with Technical Program Managers (TPM's) and Engineering teams for sprint planning and execution.
  • Monitor the health and performance of systems and tools within the Talent Acquisition sector.
  • Support analysis, design, deployment, and testing of new system functionalities, upgrades and patches.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, accountability and engagement in RFP processes when necessary.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers on the TA Technology team to execute against deliverables.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years administering or supporting Talent Acquisition (TA) tools (e.g., Oracle, iCIMs, SHL, Beamery).
  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Talent Acquisition teams.
