WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will report to the Director of People Operations and lead a small team, with one direct report. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top-tier talent. Your role will involve designing effective recruiting processes and implementing innovative solutions to meet our hiring goals. Your initial focus will be on creating and refining strategies for sourcing, recruiting, and retaining high-caliber sales professionals. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Assess the current talent acquisition process and make necessary adjustments to ensure it aligns with company objectives and future growth plans. Create a collaborative environment, set clear objectives, and facilitate ongoing development and training to improve recruitment outcomes. Oversee the full recruitment process for various positions, specifically Sales professionals, using diverse sourcing methods to attract top candidates across different functions. Be the subject matter expert of industry trends and recruiting market. Develop strategies for talent pooling and succession planning to address current and future hiring needs. Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an attractive place to work. Use social media, job boards, and other channels to boost visibility and attract talent. Use recruiting metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies, monitor progress, and make informed decisions to refine processes and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling sales positions.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a team lead role.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence recruiting and hiring decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
