About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at PathGroup will lead and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies aimed at attracting, evaluating, and hiring high-quality talent across all departments. This role focuses on developing strategic recruiting programs, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to efficiently meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for various roles.
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create aligned job descriptions.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection processes, and salary recommendations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by streamlining communication and providing timely updates during the interview process.
  • Promote PathGroup's employer brand through innovative sourcing strategies and community involvement.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and refine sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics.
  • Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current on recruitment best practices and industry trends to enhance recruiting capabilities.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Recommend new approaches and policies to improve departmental effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a successful recruitment track record in high-growth or healthcare-related organizations.
  • Experience in managing recruitment teams and working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, strategies, and techniques, including passive candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven recruitment decisions.
