Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with various recruiting resources to ensure effective recruitment results.
  • Develop and write creative job postings that can attract a wide array of talent.
  • Utilize platforms such as Indeed optimally for job ad visibility and understand their algorithms to prioritize job ads in candidate searches.
  • Coordinate interviews and handle travel arrangements for potential candidates.
  • Execute pre-boarding tasks for administrative staff and strategic recruitment of caregiving staff.
  • Utilize your expertise in sourcing to leverage various social media platforms effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail when creating and managing documents.
  • Adapt and thrive in an ever-changing work environment.
  • Onboard executive level and senior level management professionally.
  • Have a deep understanding of the industry or compatible industry to better align recruitment strategies.
