About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role involves monitoring key recruitment metrics, supporting innovative recruiting strategies, and collaborating with business leaders to address staffing needs and resolve issues. The position emphasizes the importance of relationship management, project management, and effective communication in achieving recruitment objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Recruiters to achieve hiring plans within the market.
  • Provide coaching and development to ensure performance objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment benchmarks such as cost-per-hire and days to fill.
  • Support and execute creative recruiting programs to enhance results and reduce costs.
  • Act as a key contact for hiring managers regarding staffing needs and candidate qualifications.
  • Interact with business leaders to resolve recruitment-related issues.
  • Complete various HR, financial, and administrative reports and analyses.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of talent acquisition experience required.
  • Previous management experience in talent acquisition preferred.
  • Experience with high volume recruiting.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law and current recruitment practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
