About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of our organization by leading the recruitment strategy and execution. This position is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's needs, ensuring a seamless hiring process while fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records of candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
  • Negotiate employment offers and contracts with selected candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage executive recruiting efforts for senior-level positions, ensuring a strategic approach to sourcing top-tier talent.
  • Oversee succession planning initiatives to identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales techniques related to recruitment and candidate engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles, including employee relations and compliance issues.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment management.
  • Familiarity with UltiPro or similar HR software platforms is desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing and recruiting high-caliber professionals.
  • Experience in succession planning to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice-to-haves
