About the position

As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Parts Town, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the recruitment efforts for mid-to-senior level roles. This position, also known internally as Manager, Sourcer-ers, requires a collaborative spirit and a passion for recruitment trends and metrics. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and business leaders to support the growth of our fast-paced organization. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Specialists while also being accountable for your own full-cycle recruitment processes. This role is central to the success of our talent acquisition strategies, onboarding, and retention initiatives, all aimed at setting Parts Town up for continued growth and success. In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Parts Town's first impression as a face of the company. You will drive talent acquisition process improvement projects, retention initiatives, and new talent acquisition innovations. Your typical day will involve managing high-volume hiring needs across the organization, including roles such as vice president, director, manager, and specialized positions. You will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes requisition approval, job description development, candidate sourcing, phone interviewing, coordinating interviews, negotiating job offers, and facilitating decision-making processes with leadership. Additionally, you will analyze staffing trends and metrics to make innovative recommendations for policy or process changes that support data-driven decisions. Building relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the organization will be crucial as you strategically plan and source to fill roles on time or before the targeted hire date. You will also ensure compliance with EEO standards and applicable federal and state laws, all while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Specialists.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles, including vice president, director, and manager positions.
  • Drive talent acquisition process improvement projects and retention initiatives.
  • Analyze staffing trends and metrics to make recommendations for policy or process changes.
  • Develop and maintain effective pipelines of key talent that align with Parts Town's talent brand.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO standards and applicable federal and state laws.
  • Coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team.
  • 5 years of experience recruiting a variety of levels of talent.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data to develop hiring plans based on staffing budgets and business needs.
  • Experience in building sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
