About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Aerzen USA Corporation is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of the company's talent acquisition programs. This role involves collaborating with HR and business leadership to attract high-quality, diverse talent while ensuring compliance and fairness in hiring practices. The manager will oversee various talent acquisition initiatives, including recruitment, university relations, and employer branding, to enhance the effectiveness of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of the company's talent acquisition programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leadership to build solutions for attracting diverse talent.
  • Provide strategic oversight of talent acquisition programs for various levels of positions.
  • Engage external consultants and contractors to refine talent acquisition programs.
  • Establish and measure key metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Drive external employer and candidate branding strategies.
  • Optimize and simplify talent acquisition systems and processes.
  • Recruit top talent to join the company.
  • Build and enhance the university relations and new college hiring program.
  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Identify potential candidates through active sourcing techniques.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to assess candidates' fit.
  • Verify candidate information through reference checks and administer assessments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related talent acquisition experience.
  • Deep understanding of the talent acquisition landscape in a high growth environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced organization requiring high levels of influence and relationship-building.
  • Capability to interact with front line and VP-level leaders.
  • Proven experience in developing and scaling talent acquisition programs.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • High level of personal integrity and energy.
  • Strong business acumen to connect business goals to talent acquisition practices.
  • Ability to influence at all levels with clear business justification.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Experience managing through change and achieving deliverables against deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., SHRM, SPHR) are a plus.
