About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruiting efforts at A&D Mortgage, focusing on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, a deep understanding of the talent market, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize data and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and make informed decisions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive positioning in the talent market.
  • Conduct training for hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in all recruitment practices.
  • Oversee and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Certification from a recognized HR organization (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
