Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to meet staffing needs for various events.
• Source, attract, and hire hospitality professionals, including servers and bartenders.
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Respond to inquiries, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage the interview process and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics to measure and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR for a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future staffing needs.
• Promote Tend, Inc. as an employer of choice through various channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in hospitality or staffing industries.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Nice-to-haves

• 5 years of recruiting experience (preferred).
