About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Arcadia Products, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of our fenestration company based in Vernon, CA. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute the full-cycle recruiting strategy for all roles within the organization. This involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to gain a deep understanding of their talent needs, developing effective sourcing plans, and delivering a pool of qualified and diverse candidates. You will oversee recruitment metrics, processes, and policies, ensuring that they align with Arcadia's culture and values while promoting an inclusive and positive candidate experience. In this role, you will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies that attract top talent across various roles. You will build and maintain a robust pipeline of both passive and active candidates through various sourcing methods, including employee referrals, internet searches, networking, and partnerships with trade schools and community organizations. Your ability to screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit, skills, and potential will be crucial, utilizing behavioral and competency-based techniques to ensure the best matches for our teams. Additionally, you will negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates, ensuring that they align with Arcadia's compensation and benefits philosophy. Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics such as time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire, diversity, and retention will be part of your responsibilities, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders. Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to talent acquisition will also be a key focus area. As a champion of Arcadia's employer brand, you will enhance our reputation by creating a positive candidate experience, participating in recruitment events, and maintaining a strong online presence. Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition will be essential as you continuously seek opportunities to improve our recruitment processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent for all roles at Arcadia.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates, using various sourcing methods and tools, such as employee referrals, internet, networking, trade schools, and internal applicants.
  • Develop new relationships with key community partners and organizations to foster new sources for enterprise talent.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit, skills, and potential, using behavioral and competency-based techniques.
  • Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates, ensuring alignment with Arcadia's compensation and benefits philosophy and practices.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire, diversity, and retention, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to talent acquisition, such as EEO, OFCCP, and ADA.
  • Enhance Arcadia's employer brand and reputation by creating and delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience, participating in recruitment events and initiatives, and maintaining a strong online and social media presence.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously seek opportunities to improve Arcadia's recruitment processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, recruiting, and hiring diverse and high-quality talent for various roles and levels.
  • Demonstrated history of implementing recruiting best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, tools, and systems, such as ADP Workforce Now, ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, senior leaders, and external partners.
  • Highly skilled in interviewing and assessing candidates, using behavioral and competency-based methods.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to close candidates in competitive situations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high degree of initiative, accountability, and adaptability.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
