This is a unique opportunity to lead the growth of the Talent Acquisition (TA) function at Sonatus from the ground up. As our first TA Manager hire, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our recruitment strategy. We're transitioning from a heavy reliance on external agencies to bringing talent acquisition in-house, and this is your chance to make a lasting impact. With an exciting 40% headcount growth forecasted for 2025-primarily within Engineering, but also across Product, Sales, and Operations-you'll be at the forefront of building a world-class talent pipeline for a rapidly scaling global company. You'll also have the opportunity to expand and grow your team and define the entire recruitment strategy for 2025 and beyond.
