  • Capable of identifying and sourcing top talent.
  • Demonstrated ability in Talent Development strategies.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
