The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with JobsOhio's initiatives to strengthen the state's talent pipeline. This position involves assessing the full candidate journey, from employer branding to recruiting and training, to ensure that JobsOhio meets the talent needs of its focus industries. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to develop customized talent acquisition plans that are responsive to the unique needs of various companies. The role requires maintaining a current understanding of national sourcing activities and serving as a subject matter expert in recruiting and sourcing, including out-of-state recruitment tactics. The Talent Acquisition Manager will build and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in delivering talent acquisition services. This includes managing job postings, candidate journeys, and sourcing tools, as well as monitoring the performance of talent acquisition tactics to ensure they meet the recruitment goals of client companies. Additionally, the manager will analyze talent acquisition outcomes and metrics to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies. This position will require some travel throughout the state of Ohio to engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders as needed.
