About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition processes, systems, and tools to enhance recruitment performance while ensuring compliance and quality assurance. This role involves guiding the talent acquisition team in executing hiring for high-profile clients, developing comprehensive staffing strategies, and providing both internal and external labor market intelligence. The manager will drive a culture of continuous improvement and build and maintain relationships at all levels of leadership. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering consistent and flawless service execution to our internal and external stakeholders. The position is based in Atlanta, GA, and operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team that provides best-in-class recruitment services. This includes partnering with managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, maintaining posted positions, sourcing top talent, screening and interviewing candidates, extending offers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The manager will maintain a thorough understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruitment systems to ensure alignment with current practices and represent Talent Acquisition as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various projects across the enterprise. The manager will also evaluate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify necessary process changes or enhancements to optimize recruitment and HR processes. They will work closely with Human Resources to implement changes to documentation, toolkits, and training needs. Additionally, the manager will partner with the VP of Operations to maintain and update project plans for process improvement initiatives and TA projects, identifying operational risks and issues related to service delivery and supporting resolutions by escalating risks or issues as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Talent Acquisition (TA) team to provide best-in-class recruitment services.
  • Partner with managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and maintain posted positions.
  • Source top talent, screen and interview candidates, and extend offers to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of TA processes and recruitment systems to ensure alignment with current practices.
  • Evaluate and monitor KPIs and metrics to identify process changes or enhancements to optimize recruitment and HR processes.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of TA processes, systems, and tools to improve recruitment performance, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
  • Work with Human Resources on changes/enhancements to documentation, toolkits, and training needs.
  • Create and maintain TA process maps and workflow diagrams for all recruitment processes and tools.
  • Design and implement a quality assurance program to ensure flawless execution of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Track and monitor training completed and provide timely updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business, etc.), advanced degree preferred - MBA.
  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience required.
  • 10 years in Facilities Management field is a plus.
  • 3+ years of training experience in developing, documenting, and presenting training materials.
  • 2 years of experience with process improvement.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Broad and deep knowledge of equal employment and affirmative action laws and guidelines.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
  • Experience working with HR data and reports, including analyzing applicant data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Facilities Management field.
  • Certifications in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition best practices.
  • Knowledge of Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) guidelines.
  • Knowledge of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and audits.
