About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Donaldson is responsible for the strategy and execution of all US Talent Acquisition efforts, including Early Career and University Recruiting. This role involves leading a team of recruiters, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and refining recruitment processes to enhance the company's employment value proposition (EVP) and drive innovation in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to business leaders and HR business partners to assess staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
  • Lead engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance the employment brand.
  • Utilize market insights to track and analyze key performance metrics, influencing data-driven decisions and sharing results with stakeholders.
  • Deliver and enhance talent acquisition processes, tools, systems, and data analytics to improve efficiency within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by providing leadership and guidance to a team of talent acquisition professionals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience directly managing a team of recruiters.
  • 2+ years of experience in Early Career/University recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and managing KPIs.
  • 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Workday recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with campus recruiting software (Handshake premium, Yello).
  • Experience in the Life Sciences sector.
