Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies informed by market trends and data-driven insights.
  • Enhance the employer brand and promote Hoffmann Brothers as an employer of choice.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines to proactively source top candidates.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear performance metrics and goals.
  • Identify diverse sourcing channels and implement effective recruitment marketing techniques.
  • Enhance recruitment processes from job description to screening and interviews.
  • Ensure positive experiences for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support existing employees' growth and development to foster retention.
  • Identify and implement recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on strategy and recruitment marketing.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent pipeline development, and employment branding.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and AI-driven recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
