About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Novae LLC is responsible for overseeing all recruitment activities from initial sourcing to New Hire Orientation. This role aims to ensure positive candidate experiences, support employee retention, and comply with employment laws while fostering the company's mission. The manager will work closely with leadership and the Human Resources team to forecast staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and monitor hiring budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, teach, and lead all recruitment activities from initial sourcing through New Hire Orientation.
  • Work with leadership and Human Resources team to forecast and determine staffing needs.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
  • Forecast and monitor the hiring budgets for all of Novae LLC.
  • Execute approved sourcing activities personally or through the Human Resources team.
  • Attend Job Fairs and networking events as needed.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives, partnering with outside resources when needed.
  • Act as the main recruiter for roles outside of Manufacturing, sourcing, screening, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Manage external recruiting agencies as an additional resource when necessary.
  • Develop and refine screening processes for all roles across the organization.
  • Develop and refine New Hire Orientation for all roles; teach process and audit for compliance.
  • Develop and refine metrics to gauge success of recruitment activities, reporting regularly.
  • Support employee retention and talent development initiatives.
  • Work with Corporate Compensation Manager on analysis of compensation practices.
  • Support decision making relating to providing superior value to employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and experience.
  • Experience with full cycle recruiting.
  • Knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines to support the Human Resources team.
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Highly motivated with a customer service mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
