About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Princess Cruise Line is responsible for leading a team dedicated to optimizing shoreside hiring initiatives. This role focuses on executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives to enhance recruitment campaigns, streamline hiring processes, and foster partnerships with hiring managers, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of an effective recruitment process, ensuring consistency with core role competencies and compliance with company culture.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring processes and maintain data integrity, including onboarding and background checks.
  • Utilize TA systems, tools, and processes effectively while participating in continuous improvement for the candidate experience.
  • Own recruitment metrics to measure team progress and successful hiring outcomes.
  • Consult with department heads to define departmental needs and position requirements.
  • Review current programs and practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recruit and interview for sensitive and high-visibility positions.
  • Exhibit leadership by defining goals, motivating the team, and building trust.
  • Establish annual goals for the team in alignment with corporate strategy and role descriptions.
  • Demonstrate commitment to company culture and expected behaviors.
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years full lifecycle talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a senior talent acquisition role recruiting for senior-level positions.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Oracle and Pinpoint.
  • Demonstrated success in driving talent acquisition initiatives that enhance business performance; strong business acumen required.
  • Well-developed strategic thinking capabilities with a focus on customer service, planning, organization, collaboration, communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Strong analytical and consulting skills, with excellence in negotiation and execution.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a team and/or processes and programs.
  • Commitment to inclusion and removal of barriers to full participation.
  • Experience working across cultures and recognizing inclusive viewpoints.
  • Collaborative and trustworthy to gain support and achieve results.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
