About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Donaldson is responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of all US Talent Acquisition efforts, including Early Career and University Recruiting. This role involves leading a team of recruiters, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and refining recruitment processes to enhance the company's employment brand and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to business leaders and HR partners to assess staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
  • Lead engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance the employment brand.
  • Utilize market insights to analyze key performance metrics and influence data-driven decisions.
  • Deliver and improve talent acquisition processes, tools, systems, and data analytics for team efficiency.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by providing leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters.
  • 2+ years of experience in Early Career/University recruiting.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and managing KPIs.
  • 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Workday recruiting system.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with campus recruiting software (e.g., Handshake premium, Yello).
  • Experience in the Life Sciences sector.
