About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the MFA's mission and values. This role is crucial for enhancing the quality and quantity of applicants, ensuring timely and effective recruitment processes, and leading a team of talent acquisition professionals. The manager will also focus on best practices for talent assessment and interviewing to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Define, develop, and roll out monthly/quarterly recruiting metrics in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Lead and manage a group of client-facing talent acquisition professionals.
  • Own and improve the recruiting process and tools to drive higher acceptance rates and lower costs per hire.
  • Identify future talent needs and develop talent pools.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and department heads to optimize the recruiting process.
  • Full-cycle recruiting for own requisition load and develop creative sourcing plans.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technical and non-technical recruiting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with social media recruiting strategies.
  • Familiarity with federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits programs.
