About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at RHA Health Services is responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring, focusing on building candidate networks and enhancing the employer brand. This role involves collaboration with operational leaders and the CHRO to align recruitment strategies with business goals, while managing a team of recruiters to ensure effective hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a talent process that aligns with operations and business goals to attract talent, build pipelines, and decrease turnover.
  • Manage the recruitment functions in Workday.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain data for leadership.
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage partnerships with colleges, job boards, and vendors.
  • Oversee process for all stages of candidate experience.
  • Manage, train, hire, and evaluate a team of recruiters.
  • Lead training and measure key recruitment metrics.
  • Manage the job posting process to ensure we are attracting quality candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent.
  • Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills necessary for success in the RHA environment.
  • Serve as the point of contact in recommending hiring rates, making job offers to potential candidates, developing offer letters, and finalizing hiring details for job applicants.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory employment guidelines.
  • Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7 years of progressive relevant experience in recruiting.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Experience with Workday ATS, MS Office, and Monday.com.

Nice-to-haves

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR) preferred.
