About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager works with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver talent solutions to improve business results for their assigned function(s) and/or region(s). They will create and oversee talent acquisition strategy development and execution including talent acquisition programs, metrics, tools and sourcing strategies. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive talent processes and human capital strategy for a broad cross section of the business.
  • Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR services and solutions in line with function and/or regional strategy.
  • Partners with business leaders to develop sourcing strategies and solutions that deliver a pipeline of talent to meet emerging business needs and address anticipated talent gaps.
  • Gathers and shares information with candidates throughout the recruitment process to position the company to successfully hire the individual.
  • Leads the selection team and ensures that everyone is aligned and executing toward the desired outcome.
  • Oversees the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews and gathering candidate and management feedback.
  • Deploys interviewing and screening techniques to validate past behaviors and determine fit for the organization.
  • Manages recruitment procedures, metrics and tools to deliver an efficient, effective process and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiences.
  • Participates in the development of the enterprise recruitment marketing and sourcing strategy.
  • Stays current on hiring trends, competitor information and employment market conditions.
  • Fosters seamless collaboration across the geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team.
  • Participates in and may lead the development and implementation of internal communication project plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related software.
  • Solid business acumen and the ability to effectively implement HR strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition practices, processes, and solutions.
  • Ability to collect and synthesize large quantities of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Solid influencing and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to communicate business and technical information clearly.
  • Strong project management, organizing and planning skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team.
