About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at ZIEHL-ABEGG is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts to source and retain top talent for the company. This role involves implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing the full life cycle of recruitment, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage talent acquisition strategies and processes to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain data to inform leadership development.
  • Develop and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.
  • Create an environment of equal employment opportunity and support the company's diversity and inclusion strategy.
  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Oversee the design, planning, and execution of selection processes including interviews and screening calls.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in employee retention and development efforts.
  • Organize and attend career fairs and assessment centers.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement in the recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job profiles and strategies to address vacancies.
  • Support the overall goals of the Human Resources department.
  • Lead and supervise members of the recruiting team.
  • Assist with the annual personnel budget and adhere to recruitment cost budgets.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
  • Understanding of selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficient in social media and job boards for hiring.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
