About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital is responsible for leading recruitment efforts for Acute Care Hospitals and Physician Clinics in the Chicago area. Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment strategies to fill job openings in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Negotiate salaries and close candidates effectively.
  • Conduct job market analysis and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Enhance employer branding and manage HR metrics related to recruitment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to meet organizational needs.
  • Work closely with external vendors to support recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of healthcare experience required.
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Experience with ATS systems required.
  • Understanding of recruitment budgets and data analysis.
