About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at DN Tanks is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization. This role emphasizes the importance of cultural fit and aims to enhance brand awareness while cultivating a diverse candidate pipeline. The manager will work closely with hiring managers to identify organizational needs and ensure an impressive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.
  • Act as a partner and advisor to hiring managers to identify organizational needs and recruit talent.
  • Coach and educate hiring managers on the interview and selection process.
  • Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process.
  • Own all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job postings and networking events.
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback.
  • Build an ongoing, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to meet annual hiring needs.
  • Establish relationships and networking strategies with universities, trade schools, and industry organizations.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in recruiting with proven success in evaluating and implementing hiring processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience acting as a trusted peer to hiring managers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience creatively sourcing candidates using social media and referrals.
