About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Del Grande Dealer Group (DGDG) is responsible for leading the Talent Team in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and employer branding. This role focuses on attracting top talent to support the company's growth and maintain its strong culture. The manager will oversee recruiting efforts across multiple franchise dealerships and the home office, while also developing the skills of the recruiting team and implementing new sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build an external network of industry top talent to attract top manager candidates.
  • Develop a bench of candidates for future needs.
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of recruiting for DGDG, including multiple franchise dealerships and home office roles.
  • Lead a team of 2 recruiters with a focus on developing their skills.
  • Track recruiting metrics and report on performance.
  • Implement new sourcing methods and strategies and update and maintain recruiting processes.
  • Provide hiring managers with guidance on interviewing techniques and partner on staffing needs.
  • Nurture DGDG's presence and programs around local schools, job fairs, and recruiting events.
  • Continue to build DGDG's professional network through relationships with candidates, schools, and other partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager with full-life cycle recruiting.
  • Integrity and a commitment to doing things the right way.
  • A headhunter mentality and a passion for people and candidate experience.
  • Strong ability to network and drive partnerships.
  • Experience recruiting for manager-level roles and/or executive search is a plus.
  • Good understanding of social media, job boards, and other professional networks.
  • Excellent collaborative, communicative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced industry or retail preferred.
