About the position

The Talent Acquisition Marketer is responsible for attracting and engaging top veterinary talent for a network of veterinary hospitals. This role involves developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, managing recruitment ads, and optimizing the recruitment advertising budget to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment marketing and digital advertising, particularly within the veterinary profession.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract veterinary talent, including digital presence, job postings, and social media.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of recruiting ads and sponsored jobs across platforms including AVMA, Google, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to maximize ad performance and candidate engagement.
  • Create processes, templates, and tools to streamline recruitment marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with practice staff, recruiting team, and operations teams to define target audiences and tailor messaging.
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment advertising budget to ensure efficient spending and maximize return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and platforms to expand reach and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or digital marketing, ideally within healthcare or veterinary sectors.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job recruiting sites, with a strong understanding of digital advertising and recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media, digital advertising, and content marketing, with experience managing ad budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and act on campaign performance data.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills for creating and managing processes and templates.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for the veterinary industry.
