About the position

The Talent Acquisition Operations & Compliance Manager is responsible for optimizing the Talent Acquisition operations within the company. This role focuses on managing processes, technology, compliance, and back-office operations to enhance recruiting efforts and ensure a positive candidate experience. The manager will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and collaborate with various departments to implement best practices and continuous improvements in the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a Talent Acquisition Specialist team through effective coaching, performance management, and training.
  • Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus.
  • Create and maintain productivity dashboards to monitor KPIs and support hiring demands.
  • Collaborate with TA Management, Legal, and HR partners to implement training programs for TA Business Partners, Recruiters, and Specialists.
  • Review customer and candidate feedback through surveys to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and system integrations related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Administer the myCAREER tool and coordinate with the Talent Systems team on enhancements.
  • Manage existing technology tools and systems, providing input on new tool evaluation and implementation.
  • Monitor technology vendor costs and partnerships, maintaining system documentation and user guides.
  • Implement and monitor TA branding initiatives across the myCAREER site and social media channels.
  • Coordinate with Marketing & Communications for content development related to recruitment.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs to identify operational improvements and execute process enhancements across the TA lifecycle.
  • Review sourcing and recruiting activities for effectiveness and implement improvements based on data analysis and team feedback.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for TA processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of TA compliance requirements and monitor background check and onboarding process compliance.
  • Implement compliance training programs and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain compliance standards and review diversity-specific metrics and results.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong technical and operational capabilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving and strong communication skills.
