About the position

The TA Operations Associate - Custom Hires at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants plays a vital role in the recruitment process, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This hybrid position involves managing candidate data in the ATS (Greenhouse), handling offer letters, background checks, and assessments, while providing support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process for custom hires through the ATS system.
  • Enter candidate information into Greenhouse ATS.
  • Generate offer letters and details as necessary.
  • Initiate and oversee background checks and assessments for candidates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops, HRBP's, and HRA's to facilitate onboarding of new hires.
  • Participate in team meetings and support Talent Acquisition Partners with recruiting tasks.
  • Work on special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition and HR policies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard software programs.
  • Experience with ATS and/or HRIS/HCM software is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with people at all levels.
  • Self-starter with the ability to research and find answers independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
