This position plays a critical role in the recruitment process, ensuring seamless operations and great customer service. This position involves heavy data entry and accuracy in our ATS (Greenhouse) as well as managing candidate offer letters, background checks, and assessment testing for candidates. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, is very tech savvy, curious and has a customer-centric mindset, with a sense of urgency to assist others. Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably working as part of a recruiting/talent acquisition team or part of the HR hiring and onboarding process are encouraged to apply. Tech-savvy individuals who love working with and being gurus of various software programs - from standard Microsoft Office Suite programs to recruiting-specific software - will thrive in this role.
