About the position

The Talent Acquisition Operations Associate plays a critical role in the recruitment process at EPIC Brokers, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service. This hybrid position involves managing candidate data in the ATS (Greenhouse), overseeing offer letters, background checks, and assessment testing, while providing support to the Talent Acquisition team and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate information in the ATS (Greenhouse) for custom hires.
  • Generate offer letters and initiate background checks and assessments as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops, HRBP's, and HRA's to facilitate onboarding of new hires.
  • Participate in team meetings, functions, and trainings as an active member of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Work on special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure adherence to Talent Acquisition and HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard professional software programs.
  • Experience with ATS and/or HRIS/HCM software preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and self-directed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with recruiting-specific software.
