About the position

As a member of Korn Ferry, the Operations Manager - Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in enhancing client satisfaction and service delivery. This position involves a thorough review of various service delivery metrics and team processes to identify and implement process improvement changes. The Operations Manager will focus on empowering their team and leaders to deliver transformative insights while building and maintaining innovative talent acquisition solutions. A key aspect of this role is to foster a strong partnership with Korn Ferry's Center of Excellence (COE) teams, which include Reporting, Continuous Improvement, Training, Diversity & Inclusion, and Brand & Recruitment Marketing, ensuring consistent service quality across the board. The Operations Manager will be responsible for realizing opportunities for efficiencies in solution execution, implementing innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, as the manager will need to influence change and manage operations effectively to elevate the recruitment function. Integrity, proactivity, and the ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships are essential traits for success in this position. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Operations Manager will utilize data to develop project plans, drive them to completion, and address any barriers that may arise. They will ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering services that meet or exceed expectations, driving best practices, and optimizing account performance. Regular updates to client management, stakeholders, and executive sponsors will be a critical part of the role, as will advising clients on best practices and opportunities for improvement. The Operations Manager will also oversee the Talent Demand Planning (TDP) process, ensuring accurate forecasting and inspiring the team to achieve their goals and pursue excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Realize opportunities for efficiencies in solution execution and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives delivering to SLAs and KPIs
  • Utilize data to put project plans together, driving them to completion, and addressing any barriers
  • Deliver services with high levels of client satisfaction
  • Drive best practices, assist in stabilization, optimization of accounts/key roles, and understand delivery analytics for efficiency
  • Provide timely updates to client management, stakeholders, and/or executive sponsors
  • Support & participate with client leaders through quarterly and annual reviews
  • Advise clients on best practices and opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across Korn Ferry
  • Ensure teams are forecasting accurately & drive the TDP (Talent Demand Planning) process
  • Define, communicate, manage & monitor individual and team metrics when applicable, inspiring the team to attain goals and pursue excellence
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
  • Consult with portfolio leaders to ensure flexibility and scalability of allocated resources
  • Manage the process and technology effectiveness, ensuring a consistent client and candidate experience
  • Drive best practice sharing and adoption

Requirements

  • 3 years of client-facing experience
  • 3-5 years managing operations functions
  • 3 years experience using recruitment technologies such as ATS, CRM, and social media tools
  • Experience managing projects from end to end, measuring effectiveness of models and processes, tailoring updates based on portfolio/client needs
  • Experience with KPIs, and reporting out results
  • 5 years experience working with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a lens to return on investment
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually as needed
