ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Talent Operations Manager to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position with 2 to 3 days required onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation, approval, and delivery of all employment offers. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive candidate experience. Manage all candidate paperwork and ensure compliance.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiting coordinators. Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient support for the talent acquisition team.
  • Develop and implement audit processes for requisitions, offers, and other talent acquisition activities. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage background investigations and ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve talent acquisition processes. Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain key metrics and dashboards to track talent acquisition performance. Provide regular reports to Talent Acquisition leadership, highlighting trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead or participate in talent acquisition projects, such as system implementations, process changes, or new program rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and resources for the talent acquisition team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, with increasing levels of responsibility, with at least 5 years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Five or more years of experience managing background check and compliance processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Workday ATS.
  • Experience creating audit and compliance processes for TA Operations.
