About the position

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Manager will lead the TA Partners and Coordinators, collaborating with various HR functions to enhance recruitment processes and execute strategic programs. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, overseeing logistics such as interview scheduling and onboarding, and translating business challenges into data-driven recruiting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support a team of TA Partners & Coordinators.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for continuous improvements to recruiting business operations.
  • Assist with continuous improvement and process initiatives.
  • Provide direct vendor management for operations/compliance vendors.
  • Identify all sources for talent, including universities and agencies.
  • Assist with monitoring of outsourced labor providers as needed.
  • Assist TA Leader in the development and maintenance of department-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support background check adjudication and onboarding initiatives as needed.
  • Develop/support talent drive programs such as referral bonuses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, human resources, and project management.
  • People leadership experience required.
  • Technical expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, specifically Workday and Kronos.
  • Good working computer skills with Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Self-directed with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong motivational skills and high emotional intelligence.
