About the position

The Talent Acquisition Operations Senior Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing HR and Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring effective system operations and delivering innovative solutions. This position supports the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations Program Manager and focuses on enhancing the candidate and employee experience through continuous improvements and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support business process optimization with HR/TA programs such as Recruitment, Career Events, Referral Management, and more.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with business and functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Create test configurations and understand cross-functional impacts with integrations, reports, and business processes.
  • Support TA operations with continuous improvements of systems and tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance through auditing, reporting, and user training as part of system administration.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for TA systems and tools.
  • Create structured frameworks and action plans on complex issues for TA/HR leadership.
  • Manage relationships with TA vendors and third-party suppliers.
  • Sustain the TA Resource site, our Recruiting Hub for all TA-related information.
  • Review and analyze usage and identify key metrics for managing job board licenses.
  • Support TA Operations Customer Support for questions and requests from TA, escalating as appropriate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR/People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition.
  • 3+ years of experience with TA systems and tools, specifically with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Phenom People, and Yello.
  • Experience interfacing with third-party vendors.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with US employment and labor laws.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively at all levels across the enterprise.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate with agility and adaptability while prioritizing competing initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
