About the position

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist position is a temporary role based in Framingham, Massachusetts, offering a competitive hourly wage of $30.42 to $30.43. The role serves as a critical point of entry into some of today's leading companies, providing an opportunity to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers across various business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent employment brand experience to all candidates, ensuring that the recruitment process is smooth and efficient. In this dynamic and fast-paced work environment, the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will provide diversified support for multiple recruiters, acting as a business partner and liaison to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. The role requires proactive communication with candidates and internal/external contacts through various channels, including email, phone, and text. The specialist will also be responsible for scheduling onsite, virtual, and phone interviews across all corporate offices, stores, and distribution center locations globally. Additional responsibilities include coordinating candidate travel arrangements, processing reimbursements, and initiating relocation benefits when applicable. The specialist will draft and send offer letters to candidates, ensuring that compensation and language details are accurate. Furthermore, the role involves initiating and monitoring the progress of pre-hire background checks and adjudicating any flags related to former employment and education. Finally, the specialist will launch onboarding processes and track the completion of new hire paperwork in preparation for orientation and the first day of work.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers excellent employment brand experience to all candidates.
  • Provides diversified support for multiple recruiters across business functions in a dynamic fast-paced work environment.
  • Acts as business partner and liaison to candidates, Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • Proactively communicates with candidates and internal/external contacts across various channels (email, phone, text).
  • Schedules onsite, virtual and phone interviews, at all Corporate Office, Stores, and Distribution Center locations globally.
  • Coordinates candidate travel arrangements, processes reimbursements and initiates relocation benefits where applicable.
  • Drafts and sends offer letters to candidates while ensuring accurate compensation and language details.
  • Initiates and monitors progress of Pre-Hire Background Checks; adjudicates Former Employment and Education flags.
  • Launches onboarding and tracks completion of new hire paperwork in preparation for Orientation and Day 1.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
