As a Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on commercial roles at Brandwatch, a Cision product, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our North America sales teams. This position is essential in ensuring that we align our recruitment strategies with the company's goals and values. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that ensure we hire the best candidates. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for various commercial roles, including sales, marketing, customer success, and other related positions. You will utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to proactively source and attract top talent. Conducting thorough screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and department goals, ensuring alignment in the recruitment process. Your duties will include scheduling and coordinating interviews, providing a positive candidate experience, and working with HR, Finance, and hiring managers to develop competitive offers. You will conduct weekly update meetings with hiring managers to review pipeline progress, discuss candidate feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to meet hiring goals. Staying informed about industry trends, talent market conditions, and best practices in recruitment will be crucial for advising on recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives to promote Cision as an employer of choice within the tech industry and champion diversity and inclusion efforts in the recruitment process.
