About the position

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) - Market Expansion at BioLife Plasma Services is responsible for facilitating recruitment efforts for new plasma centers. This role involves collaborating with the Market Expansion TA team and Hiring Managers to implement innovative recruiting strategies, ensuring a seamless recruitment process while providing exceptional customer service. The TAP will also engage in labor market analysis, candidate sourcing, and various team projects to enhance recruitment efforts and support the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment activities across new plasma centers.
  • Conduct market research and build in-depth Labor Market Analysis to identify market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights.
  • Utilize tools supportive of employer branding and employee recruitment activities on social media or other platforms.
  • Coordinate and organize hiring events and candidate experience activities to attract top talent.
  • Schedule and host meetings specific to labor market recruitment strategy in new markets and conduct necessary training on TA related materials.
  • Provide sourcing support specific to talent gaps and emerging trends within support areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects to streamline processes and devise strategies related to market expansion TA support.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, delivering impactful training sessions on TA content.
  • Consult with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to stay abreast of talent landscapes in different locations.
  • Implement proactive and real-time sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates promptly.
  • Screen, identify, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
  • Foster strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure efficient staffing processes.
  • Promote Inclusion and Diversity by integrating education, targeted sourcing practices, and goals into the recruitment process.
  • Engage in recruitment projects aimed at continuous improvement, driving time and cost savings to enhance the candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
  • Maintain data integrity in varied Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Facilitate job requisitions, offers, requisition management and manage relocations when necessary.
  • Support effective and efficient application and pre-employment experience for candidates.
  • Support market expansion pre-employment status updates.
  • Specialize in high-volume recruitment support, managing over 150 requisitions concurrently.
  • Perform administrative or other tasks within ATS or other HRIS related systems and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within a high-volume and decentralized organization.
  • Proficient in understanding Data and Analytics.
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Customer-centric approach with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of delivering results autonomously.
  • Skilled in deploying a diverse range of recruitment strategies to fill open positions.
  • Possesses robust business and functional acumen.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Workday, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
