About the position

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for corporate, sales, and supervisory positions at ImageFIRST. This role involves establishing strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, implementing standardized recruiting practices, and managing the offer and pre-employment screening processes. The position is based at the corporate office in King of Prussia, PA, and requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for all corporate and sales positions, and plant positions Supervisor and above.
• Establish and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing excellent customer service and pro-active communication.
• Assist Talent Acquisition staff with implementing standardized recruiting practices, including internal and external postings and creating recruiting collateral materials.
• Consistently promote open positions on IFTV, social media, job boards, and other outlets as appropriate.
• Support partnering with hiring managers to develop individual recruiting plans for assigned open positions.
• Conduct candidate sourcing through various recruiting techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and other internet research techniques.
• Manage the offer and pre-employment screening process including administration of drug tests, background checks, and E-Verify.
• Assist with creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred.
• Some experience in a corporate HR environment.
• Flexible, with the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience with an ATS such as ICIMS is a plus.
