About the position

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment projects by identifying, assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Acquire a thorough technical understanding of job requisitions and required competencies for successful applicants.
  • Identify and implement relevant sourcing strategies based on job positions through creative research and resource utilization.
  • Document research methods for sharing with other recruiting team members across regions.
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse talent pipeline using research, networking, and database mining for prospective applicants.
  • Utilize a variety of technical tools to attract a highly qualified pool of candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven technical/engineering recruitment experience in the rail or manufacturing industry.
  • Comfortable dealing with data and numbers, with the ability to build and present stories around those numbers.
  • Experience working in large matrix organizations is desired.
  • Ability to build rapport with virtual teams in an international organization.
  • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with complex recruitment projects.
  • Highly analytical, action-oriented, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions and industry best practices.
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability.
  • Aptitude in communicating with stakeholders across different regions.
  • Global and cultural awareness.
  • Strong listening skills.
