About the position

The Talent Acquisition Project Manager - Pinnacle (Fixed-Term) at Stanford University is responsible for leading the implementation of a new ERP system (Oracle Fusion) within the talent acquisition processes. This role combines expertise in talent acquisition, project management, and training to facilitate organizational changes, enhance recruiting practices, and support diversity initiatives. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to design training programs, develop metrics for tracking progress, and ensure effective communication throughout the transition.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation on complex issues related to talent acquisition programs.
  • Develop, deliver, and implement proposals and process improvements for talent acquisition programs.
  • Promote complex programs within the talent acquisition portfolio through education and training.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to influence support for talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Implement sourcing and recruiting strategies that support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
  • Establish recruiting metrics and dashboards for tracking progress and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition and state and federal employment laws.
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle talent acquisition.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with business leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Project management skills in a multiple location/unit environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion.
  • Familiarity with change management principles.
  • Certification in project management.
